990 ENGLISH（以下「当方」）は、モバイルアプリケーション「990 ENGLISH」（以下「本アプリ」）における
利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
1. 取得する情報と取得方法
本アプリはアカウント登録機能を持たず、氏名・メールアドレス等、利用者を直接特定する情報をアプリ内で取得することはありません。本アプリで取り扱う情報は次のとおりです。
(1) 端末内に保存される情報
- 学習の進捗、解答履歴、正誤、無料利用回数などの学習データ。
- これらは利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーへ送信・収集されることはありません。アプリの削除により消去されます。
(2) 購入・課金に関する情報
- サブスクリプションまたは買い切りの購入状態、購入・復元の履歴、課金管理のための匿名のアプリ利用者ID。
- これらの決済処理は Apple（App Store）が行い、課金状態の管理には RevenueCat, Inc. のサービスを利用します。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は Apple が処理し、当方が取得・保存することはありません。
(3) コンテンツ配信に伴うアクセス情報
- 本アプリは問題・解説・音声を当方のサーバー（biz-toeic990.com）から取得します。この通信に伴い、IPアドレス、端末・OSの種類、アクセス日時等の一般的なアクセスログが記録される場合があります。
2. 利用目的
- 本アプリの機能提供（出題・採点・解説表示・進捗管理）のため。
- サブスクリプション・買い切りの提供、購入の確認・復元のため。
- 不正利用の防止、サービスの維持・改善、障害対応のため。
- 法令に基づく対応のため。
3. 第三者への提供・業務委託
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。ただし、本アプリの提供に必要な範囲で、以下のサービス提供事業者を利用します。
4. 国外への移転
上記サービス提供事業者による処理に伴い、利用者の情報が日本国外（米国等）で保存・処理される場合があります。
5. 保存期間
端末内の学習データは利用者がアプリを削除するまで端末内に保持されます。購入・課金に関する情報は、法令および各サービス提供事業者の定めに従って保持されます。
6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは主に社会人・学生を対象とした学習アプリであり、13歳未満の子どもを主たる対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
7. 利用者の権利・お問い合わせ

8. 本ポリシーの変更

TOEIC は ETS（Educational Testing Service）の登録商標です。本アプリは ETS の承認・提携を受けたものではありません。
Privacy Policy

990 ENGLISH ("we", "us") sets out how information is handled in the mobile application "990 ENGLISH" (the "App") as follows.
1. Information We Collect
The App has no account registration and does not collect directly identifying information such as your name or email address within the App. The App handles the following information.
(1) Data stored on your device
- Learning progress, answer history, correct/incorrect results, and free-usage counts.
- This data is stored only on your device, is not transmitted to or collected by our servers, and is erased when you delete the App.
(2) Purchase information
- Subscription or one-time purchase status, purchase/restore history, and an anonymous app user ID used to manage entitlements.
- Payment is processed by Apple (App Store), and entitlement status is managed using RevenueCat, Inc. Payment details such as credit card numbers are processed by Apple and are never collected or stored by us.
(3) Access information for content delivery
- The App retrieves questions, explanations, and audio from our server (biz-toeic990.com). This communication may record standard access logs such as IP address, device/OS type, and access time.
2. Purposes of Use
- To provide the App's functions (questions, scoring, explanations, progress).
- To provide subscriptions and one-time purchases and to verify/restore purchases.
- To prevent misuse and to maintain and improve the service.
- To comply with applicable laws.
3. Third Parties / Service Providers
We do not sell or provide collected information to third parties except as required by law. We use the following service providers as necessary to operate the App:

As a result of processing by the above providers, your information may be stored or processed outside Japan (e.g., in the United States).
5. Retention
On-device learning data is retained on your device until you delete the App. Purchase information is retained in accordance with applicable law and the providers' policies.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is a learning app intended primarily for adults and students and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
